Royal Locs ships orders by United States Post Office to U.S ADRESSES, P.O. BOXES and APO addresses ONLY.

 

We only ship to addresses in which the billing address and shipping address matches.

 

Processing time varies depending on the product. Please refer to individual product details for exact processing time.

Delivery time varies on the shipping option you select.

 

We do not ship overnight same day. All orders are shipped Priority Express. Priority Express can take 2-3 business days. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships. Keep in mind that shipping may take 7-10 days if the product you order is not in stock or during high volume times during sales.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Royal Locs is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. International shipping fee is a flat rate fee of $50.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your hair prior to using and installation.

We exercise a strict quality control process to ensure that ALL of our clients receive only the best virgin hair available.  There are NO REFUNDS allowed, but we will gladly EXCHANGE any unopened package, within 3 days of purchase.  For questions with your order, please contact us within the allowed time.
